Refund policy

PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY AND ORDER VALUE REFUND

"Withdrawal from the contract" refers to your legal right to cancel the order placed by returning the goods. This is regulated by the current legislation, Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts. You can exercise this legal right if you are a natural person and the following conditions are met.

The return can only be made by natural persons within 14 calendar days from the date you took possession of the order, without needing to justify your withdrawal decision. In this case, please notify us of your decision by sending an email to easytattoo@otzi.ro. The shipping and processing cost for a return is 25 RON including VAT and will be paid by the customer.

To process the return, it is mandatory to include the following information in the email sent by you to easytattoo@otzi.ro:

Case 1: Product Exchange

  • The reason for returning the goods: unsuitable product, wrong size, etc.

  • The product you wish to exchange for the one from the purchased order, including the product code and size (if applicable).

  • The IBAN account where we will transfer the value of the initial invoice, the bank where the account is held, and the name of the account holder.

  • Any relevant observations related to the product return.

Case 2: Return of Products and Order Value

  • The reason for returning the goods: unsuitable product, wrong size, etc.

  • The IBAN account where we will transfer the value of the returned goods, the bank where the account is held, and the name of the account holder.

  • Any relevant observations related to the product return.

HOW THE RETURN PROCESS WORKS:
Send the email to easytattoo@otzi.ro based on one of the cases above.
A new order with the desired product will be shipped. When the package is delivered, return the unwanted products to the courier. Pay for the new order in full according to the invoice, cash on delivery or via postal order.
Once the return reaches the warehouse, the initial invoice will be reversed, and the value of the invoice will be refunded to the IBAN account specified in the email.

We wish to inform you that returns of products to SC TERRA NERA TRADING SRL unaccompanied by the above information correctly completed, or without providing all requested information, may result in delays in processing the return and refunding the value of the products.

The return will be accepted if the product shows no signs of wear, is not damaged, is not unsealed (in the case of professional hygiene products and medical protective equipment), has all labels attached, and is complete – including accessories, warranty certificate, instruction manual, technical data sheets, etc.

Very important: To comply with the return procedure requirements, please keep the original packaging and labels of the products, as well as the documents accompanying the order (invoice and form) for a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt date, in case you decide to return the goods within this timeframe.

Do not apply adhesive tape or similar materials to the original product packaging, especially shoe boxes, as this will affect the packaging quality. Secure the original packaging by placing it inside another shipping box/bag, as applicable. Seal the package securely.

The shipping costs for the return are borne by SC TERRA NERA TRADING SRL.

For situations where the product(s) delivered to you have defects attributable to the manufacturer or seller, please contact us to notify us of the issues and send relevant photos of the identified defects to easytattoo@otzi.ro. In this case, we will send a courier to pick up the package and cover the transport costs to the destination. If it involves a full return of the order (returning all ordered items) and you request a refund of its value, SC TERRA NERA TRADING SRL will also refund the initial delivery cost. If you make a partial return (returning only part of the ordered items) and request a refund of the corresponding value, SC TERRA NERA TRADING SRL will pay both the value of the returned product and the shipping cost.

The refund of the value of the returned products will be made within 14 calendar days from the date we receive and verify the returned products. The amount will be transferred to the account you specified in the return email if you paid cash on delivery, or directly to the account associated with your card if you paid online. If there are delays in processing refunds for online payments, please also check with the issuing bank of your card.
