Delivery Methods
Product shipping will be carried out anywhere in Romania via the SAMEDAY express courier service, within 2-3 working days from the order confirmation date.
Terra Nera Trading SRL reserves the right to confirm orders prior to fulfillment by contacting customers. Orders placed on the online store platform are recorded 24/7, with confirmation processed within the next 24 hours, except on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders are processed daily, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays.
Costs of Delivery
FREE for orders exceeding 200 RON
25 RON for orders under 200 RON (price valid for SAMEDAY delivery)
The above rates apply to parcels weighing between 1-3 kg. For parcels over 3 kg, we will contact the customer to discuss delivery options.
